The Last 2 weeks...

Got the charging system fixed on my lastest CB, seat is warped and since the ol'lady has been outta town, I couldn't really ask if I could use some of her yoga mat for padding but it worked out real well. Got the tank sitting right. Still gotta fix the oil leaks, then it's ready for the road.





Drove the piss outta the ol'mans car this weekend which led to Internet searching for the next project.








What I didn't get any pics of is Charlie's ironhead. Spent several hours helping him get that bike going, fabbed up is his sissy bar, we got her screaming. Some one he knows pulled off some amazing welds to get to that motor in one piece, I get pic of that. And Sunday was great riding weather.

Sunday ride!!

Ya I know it's been awhile since last post but working f'd up hours doesn't leave for much time in the shop or choppering. But the cb cafe bike is coming along pretty good got all the parts I need, have a lot of fab work to do just no time to make it happen.

I did on the other hand score a few thing at the swap meet this morning, diff seat for my Denver bike, the red tail leather seat may be for sale if anyone is interested, couple sets of moto handle bars, pegs....

And it hits the streets

We rode out to knobtown cycles last Saturday, the 28 had no issues but the ol'man's hip is another story.

Got inspired....

Scored some nice, new and small saddle bags last Sunday at the swap meet. After a little argument at the local leather shop (with some lady working that works there) on why I couldn't dye the bag black, there pretty damn black now! I'll be restitching them with some beefier stitch but, fab up a twisted mount and they worked out pretty good!












And I got this old cb frame that I'll soon be dragging out on to the bike table and planning out my new build. So be looking for that.

Yard Art update

Got the Yard Art paint all wrapped up. It should be all back together and running this weekend. I do owe him some pin-striping on it tho...
